Our quality management system
The business manager is responsible for ensuring that all employees participate in the business’s continuous quality work and that the staff know and work in accordance with the processes and routines included in the management system.
Within Proffssyster we use a quality management system that is adapted to the business and structured in accordance with SOSFS 2011:9 The National Board of Health and Welfare’s regulations on management systems for systematic quality work. In our system, we describe processes, in the included activities and local routines that govern our operations. The routines partly describe a specific approach for how an activity is to be carried out, and partly indicate how the responsibility for the execution is to be distributed within the business.
All routines are documented and collected in a routine binder, which is partly used by employees in daily operations and partly used as introductory material in connection with new hires.
The system contains a description of our quality assurance and development work, which continues according to the following model: Risk analysis, Planning, Implementation, Follow-up to detect, prevent and prevent errors and deficiencies (for example, self-checking, investigation of deviations and received views and complaints, analysis of customer surveys) Improvement measures Improvement of processes and routines
